Hi. My fiance co-sponsored for his brother in law's nephew back in 2001, is he supposed to mention him in the I-134 form? He also filed residency for his parents 3 yrs ago and unfortunately his mom passed away last year in the middle of the process, should he mention her too?

Thanks for your help in advance.

ftr_mrs_f,

He is supposed to answer the questions fully and truthfully. He can also mention that one of the people he has sponsored is now deceased.
