I AM NEW HERE ,BUT I HAVE few QUESTIONS ? I DID FILE FOR K3 VISA , THEY APPROVED MY I-130 BEFORE MY I-129 ( i_129 STILL NOT APPROVED YET ) AND THE NVC ASSIGNED ME A CASE # ,SO SHALL i PURSUIE WITH I-130 AND ABANDON THE I-129 ?
THEN I AM TRYING TO USE JAMES SHORTCUT TO FILL OUT AOS FEE BILL ,BUT IN THE WORDPAD THERE IS NO BARCODE AT ALL TO DELETE AND PUT MINE IN ?
ANOTHER QUESTION N THE AOS FEE BILL ,WHAT VISA CLASSIFICATION SHALL I PUT CR-1 OR IR-1 ?

In my opinion, I would abandon the K3, and go for the CR1, becuase there is no hassel one you get it. With a K3, it's only a temporary, non immigrant status, and the adjusting of status, and everything else AFTER the wedding can be tricky, and it's much more time consuming, and long lasting. My husband and I chose to skip that hassle, even if it meant waiting a little bit more longer, to have him come in on permanent residence status, with Social Security # in hand.....
