So a woman from Medisys is saying that in order to pick up a copy of my medical, I need a WRITTEN request from the montreal consulate requesting a copy????????
I thought I could just go and pick one up. Has anyone else run across this???

I can't answer your question, except to ask another: if you're doing AOS, don't you need a copy of the K-visa medical (to avoid doing it again)?

Did you show them a copy of the Packet 3 checklist when you went for your medical? That should be sufficient...

And you don't need another copy of the whole medical for AOS; you only need a copy of the vaccination supplement DS-3025 (to be transcribed to an I-693A by a civil surgeon for the AOS application when you get to the States).

I'm not doing AOS smile.gif Going for the CR-1 interview.

Didn't montreal send you something a packet for the CR1 with the interview date and required documents. Show them that.
