hi, thanks a lot. it was really helpful. it does not really say what kind of mail service you can use. they used to have information on different centers and different kinds of petitions separately. i guess they redesigned their site

You can use any mail service you want. USCIS doesn't care what you use.

They still do have such information, and yes they have redesigned the web site making it harder to find a lot of information. You can still look at the old site if you want, but if keep in mind that some (much?) of the critical information will be going out of date over time.
