So, I'm still a little confused on what to do. I just received my NOA2 about 3 weeks ago and I think it should be on it's way to the Embassy/Consulate now, although I have received nothing in the mail yet. I was wondering about the I-134 form that I have to complete and send to my fiance before she has the interview (I think?). I keep reading some threads, and I was wondering what is the difference between I-134 & I-864 I keep reading? I think the I-864 is for K3/CR1/IR1 and I-134 is for K1 visa? I'm not sure... it seems to confuse me more every time I over analyze things.

I-134 is used for Non-Immigrant visas like K-1, and k-3 at the consulate visa interview, the I-864 is used for Green-card, all immigrant visas such as IR-1, and CR-1 result in a green card issued.
Non-immigrant visa holders need to adjust status in the states, when status is adjusted then the non-immigrant sponsor needs to provide an I-864 in order to adjust from non-immigrant status to immigrant status and get the green card.
So I-864 is actually used to sponsor a green card, and I-134 is used to sponsor a non-immigrant.

The I-134 is for all K Visas, and the I-864 is for the Immigrant visa (CR-1/IR-1) or for when you file for Adjustment of Status in the States to get the Green Card.
In other words, just what YuAndDan said
