Hello, Has anyone recieved a K1 Visa from pakistan lately.
I heard that some cases were getting released from Administrative
processing. My case is still under Aministrative processing why does it take so long?

packet 4 I hope u right about admistrative reveiw.
How long u been on AR? That is his worst fear being
on AR so long. I kno he would like to hear from u
an learn some of your experinices with embassy.

well, I whatever the visa K-1, K-3 , CR1, IR1 or even any non immigrant visa. People go through Administrative processing. I guess from the forum, I am still the last individual to be cleared from Admin processing and issued a visa.

I got my visa end of October, I was under admin processing for one year, that in no way reflects on any other individuals' timelines, I have seen them take any where from one month to 2.5 years!

I complain that it took them 1 year but I have seen individuals wait longer so I guess I am happy that atleast I am back!!

Hello, My name is Sayed My Finance is in Afghanistan, but her case is being processed in
Pakistan. She has done everything our case in under adminstrative processing. It
has been like 6 months. I am sorry to say the Embassy will give the interview soon
but after you interview the will give you a green slip. Everyone gets it in pakistan, but I heard last week that some cases were getting complete from administrative processing, and that they were issueing visas. Why does it take so long? I wish you the best of luck.
