FINALLY I GOT MY PACKET 4..BUT THE MANILA EMBASSY SENT ME THE DS 156 FORM WITHOUT ANY BAR CODE NUMBER... AS I SEEN HERE THE DS FORM 156 HERE HAVE A BAR CODE NUMBER..WHICH ONE IS RIGHT? PLSS SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE..I JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT I DO THE RIGHT THINGS...THANKS TO ALL......

you will fill out the DS-156 online. when you print it out, there will be a third page printed which has the barcode. important to save that third page.

I tried reloading the DS-156 online and it gave me another barcode, different from the first one i had already saved as pdf file. i want to edit my data but each time i do, i get a new barcode. will it be a problem if i had generate 2 or three different barcodes?
