After 6 months and 2 weeks. I got my 10 years GC without biometric and interview. Here's my timeline for I-751.

June 5 - Send out I-751 with all evidences to Nebrasca Service Center.
June 8 - Received I-797 (NOA) with a 1 year extension on my condition GC. Date on NOA is June 6
June 27- Received purple letter (remind you to sent all necessary documents if you're not already sent it with the I-751)

I didn't heard anything else after the received purple letter but today (Dec 21), I received my 10 years GC! So happy.

I guess I don't have to do the biometric again because the first biometrice i did for my condition GC was a digital scan and USCIS must use that to process my 10 years GC.

So if you're in the same situation, hang in there. I will apply for citizenship this May. Hopefully it will be this smooth. smile.gif

Good luck to you all,
Nancy

That is excellent news for you.... congrats!!!

I sent my I-751 to Nebraska as well, in September. So, I guess I should be expecting my 10-year GC in about 3 months from now.

Terrific Nancy! Congratulations. Hard to believe you got your NOA in 3 days. And no interview or biometrics. Wow! We sent our I-751 in on Monday, Dec 18, so we should have received the NOA today. Oh well.

Thanks everyone but I have to say between June 27 to yesterday, I was really frustrated. I read a lot of posts on this forum and everyone got Biometric in a month or an appointment for interview. I tried to call the 1800 number so many times to retrived my status.. but as you know they don't know anything. So if you don't hear anything from USCIS just sit tight. smile.gif

nancy09, congratulations.
May I know which picture you got in the 10 yrs GC? The one you probably sent with your I-751 or the same picture they took for your last GC?
Thanks.
