Hello guys,
like i promised i am back to pester you with my questions. please see if i have all the evidence i need and if you think i need to add anything else, please let me know - thanks! all help is much appreciated!

1. joint bank account statements
2. pictures
3. tax returns
4. letters from common friends
5. joint car owenership
6. joint insurance (car, health, dental only)
7. copy of greencard
8. copy of driver's licens
9. credit card statments
10. $275 PERSONAL check to u.s. dept of homeland security
11. plane tickets
12. approval notice of gc
13. copy of passport with k1 visa and the GC stamp
14. ordinary letters sent to both of us
15. cover letter

thanks again! i will be filing end of january! am i correct to say you dont need to submit an affidavit of support form?? unsure.gif

That is correct. The only purpose of the I-751 is to show that the original marriage was bona fide and not for the purpose of evading immigration laws. You may want to include evidence of a shared residence, a shared financial life, and a shared social life.

Your other evidence list looks reasonable enough and fairly typical for what's been posted by others here, but I have no secret ability to figure out what they consider to be "enough".

If it helps, I haven't yet seen anyone here get into serious trouble during the I-751 process. The worst that can happen is they'll want to interview you as a couple, and that happens to a certain percentage of couples at random anyway.
