do we have to go to post office to get this size (12 inches by 15 inches) of Xpresspost prepaid envelope ?
cuz when i checked the web, it doesn't show the office have this size that we can order it online.

If they don't have a 12 x 15, get the largest one. The medical folder and your file will have to fit in it, it's not just your passport.

Not sure where you are, but I went into the Pharmasave a block from my house, where they have Canada Post in there, and got the envelolpe I needed.
