Well,,we received a letter fromNVC advising that the us embassy in uk will be sent the paperwork within 7 days ( letter dated 14th December) - this is certainy moving much quicker now!

That's good news! My NVC letter said the same thing and it turned out the date of the letter was the date the petition was sent to the consulate. Good luck
