My licence runs out next Friday, the same date as my H1B.

I am in the process of AOS and have applied for EAD but have not yet received it.

Can I renew my licence at the DMV for a year with just my NOA, I-94 and marriage cert. or do I actually have to have my physical EAD in hand?

If anyone has tried to do this in South Florida, your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Everyone

I went to renew my licence in Broard County today, showed my stamped biometrics appointment letter, my I94, passport and marriage certificate (I changed my name) and got it renewed for a year. And as an added bonus, I got an email that my AP has been approved. Double Yay!
