Hi

I had filed my case in Oct 06 and was wondering who was the latest to hear from CSC i mean i am not sure the website is showing the right processing times. If anyone can update me what months cases are being processed then i would be greatful

Its usually taking 60-90 days from the date of NOA1 to get for approval. (i.e. NOA2)

Looks like your NOA2 will be coming soon.

Mine took five months to get aproveed i set everything on Dec 2005 and got the nest step on May 2006

we filed our petition in July, got NOA1 Aug., but we still do not have an approval.. anybody out there that are still waiting?

here's our timeline

IR1 (CSC)

July 30, 2006- sent 130 app.
Aug. 11,2006- NOA1 date
Aug. 15,2006- touched
Aug. 17,2006- NOA1 rcvd through mail

NO APPROVAL YET!!
