Hi

I would just like to know how long people on VJhave been waiting for there I-130 to came though.My sister applied for my last April and I know you have to wait at least 990 days. What are other peoples experiences. I am from the UK.

I believe it depends on your relationship to the person that filed for the I-130. Spouses, children under 21 and parents of USC will get the I-130 approved sooner than if a USC applied for their sister/brother. When my husband filed for my I-130 it took 298 days! =/

But that is how long people moving now would have waited. The only number however that you could use to forsee the future.
