I cannot firgure out how to upload my pics into the photo album. I keep getting an error message that they are too big and I have no idea how to shrink, zip or what ever it is....any suggestions?

If you have something like Microsoft Paint on your computer you could reduce the size, or use some on-line site such as photobucket. Then they'll be small enough to post!

try using http://smg.photobucket.com/ or some kind of site that lets you upload your pics.... then you copy the URL code from that site and paste it where it tells you too on the gallery upload page ....
