Hi guys,

I know this is an stupid question for most of you, but how do you find the touches for your case?. We received a NOA1 with a code WACXXXXXXXXX on november 28th, we are putting that in the web page of the USCIS and we also suscribe to the mails, but nothing until now. We just see an update on december the 8th, (is that one of those we are willing to find?)

Thanks in advance for those who can help me.

Paulina.

The update of December 8th you have seen is what we call a "touch". It means they are working on your case and it will probably be followed by an email informing you of the latest action taken.

When you first login to your account. You should see your case number in blue. Next to it says "Last Updated". If you see the date has changed but your case status has not this means you have received a "touch". Make sure you are actually logging in to your portfolio. Simply logging on and typing in your receipt number does not give you this information.
