What verions of I-751 did you use and how much you pay(205 or 275?). I sent in mine early Dec as well but found the change of fee and version today. I don't know when they changed it!

We send copies of the 2005 and 2004 tax returns just to prove we filed jointly as married. If you have time, I would just request transcripts for the year you filed together from the IRS. If you already have plenty of evidence, you may not even need the tax returns.

The instructions clearly state you don't need to include passport photo's. Since I already had them ready, I had created the package a month prior, I just left them in there. I did not send any personal photo's, you just need to prove you are living as a married couple. So paperwork like joint bank accounts, tax returns etc to show you are living as man and wife is needed

Marilyn and Peter.
