What are the questions that they ask in the interview?
MaryandMian
In our interview it was the basics.

How we met, when and where?
When did we get married and did the families approve, date and who attended?
Had he met or talked to any of my family?
About my sons?
Where did I live and where did he plan on living?
Jobs?
Nothing out of the ordiniary other than to ask him about my divorce and I was widowed to see how he answered.

Great list! I've been married to my wife for almost two years and known her for four and I don't think I can answer all these!

Hi there,

They asked us:

How long have you been married?
How long have you known each other?
How did the relationship developed to a wedding? (because we got married 3 1/2 months after we met!)
I saw you lived in Holland, why did you go there?
I saw you lived in Japan, why did you go there?
Do you have any diseases?

I know they asked a couple more things....but I can't really remember right now! wacko.gif

Definitely a good heads up there, seems that they dont ask too much just some of the basics that Mary and Alix said. Probably nothing that you wont already be prepared for. Have you an idea of when your interview may be? Good luck with it.

I am sure that my husband knows all those questions, however I want to make sure, if he fails to answer one of them its not going to be the counselor who he is going to answer to, its going to be me, jajajajaja!!!!
