Thank you all

I am so glad we are done with the interview, i was so nervous and for no reason!
I got there at like 9, my app was at 10 so my mom and I went for a coffee first and then i got inside.
I went through security, then reception and was given a ticket with a number. After about 15 mins I was called to a counter where a very nice woman welcomed me and started to ask me for the forms, the pics, the birth certificate, letter from employer and everything else...
She had a check list and i had everything but the tax info from Eric, but she said it was ok and everything was good. She told me to sit down again and wait to be called for the actual interview.
Two hours and 15 mins later, I was called to another counter where the consul was making the interview, and it took about 2 mins
The interview was exactly like this:
CO: hi, good morning Maria
me: good morning
CO: put your finger there...left hand first, then right
All this was in spanish so after that he asked me if i spoke english; I said i did because Eric doesnt speak spanish other than greeting words, and food names
CO: How did you guys meet?
me: we met in an on-line game called DAoC in 2004
CO: oh cool...and where are you going to live in the states?
me: In Maryland for about 5 more years until he retires and then it will depend on the situation
CO: Nice, everything is ok so your passport will be sent to you in about a week when the fingerprint and name check are done. Keep the envelope and do not open it. Thanks, bye.
me: Thanks *happy dance*
It was painless and both the woman at the first counter and the consul were really really nice.I would say it was a very informal thing, they smiled a lot too
i am just pissed i carried such a heavy bag full of e-mails, pictures, phone bills, hotel reservations, tickets, and all the stuff we all have been collecting for nothing!

I told Eric it had gone so good i feel like i still did not do it and they will call me one day again for the real interview
Eric was awake since 2am his time to make sure i did not fall asleep LOL
All in all, it was an exciting day and we are really happy!I will be moving to the US in a month, jan 13, getting married feb 13, exactly a year after our first good bye!
Thanks again for the good wishes and good luck to those of you still waiting!
