The affidavit of support is your responsibility. You should follow the guides and prepare the documents needed. Review the income guidelines to insure you have sufficient income. If you do not have enough income, then you may need to prove sufficient assets. If you still are unable to prove enough support, then you might need an additional supporter. They will need to comply with the same requirements as you. They should also understand that they become legally responsible for the support if you are unable.

US Citizen is responsible for I-134 Affadavit of Support.

You can use the I-134 in the Downloads section and see the one in Example forms as a guide. The embassy in China may include it in the packet 3 they send to your fiance but it will be the same form as available here. You need to complete it, get the supporting evidence, have the form notarized and then send it to your fiance to take to the interview at the embassy.
