We plan to have a co-sponsor for our K3. It would be my mother. When we work on our AO Support, will she only be able to include her income, or can she include her and my fathers' assets? Also my brother has a part time job. I am 22. So at that time, me and my brother will have jobs and my mother. What is available toinclude in our AOS as far as that goes? We are all in one household by the way(me brother mom and dad)...any help is appreciated
Thanks
Also, is it gross income we are talking about?

I have no idea abt an answer to your question, but I'm just curious, does your SO log into the same acct as you? Sometimes the english is good, sometimes it's not. No harm meant, but I'm just wondering if Ahmed is posting in the same acct? Kristy obviously posted today, but sometimes it's not so well written.
Call me curious

You will need to do a "contract between party and household member," which is a supplement to the Affidavit of Support. You can include anyone (over 18) in your household's income as long as they agree to sign a separate affidavit of support. Keep in mind, however, that anyone who signs this is agreeing to be financially responsible for your husband until he has citizenship, leaves the country, or has 5 years' worth of work under his belt here in the U.S. You need to include everyone living with you (you, your husband, your mom, your brother, your dad, etc) as a part of your household, and the total amount you will need to meet the poverty guideline will increase because you will have to show enough money to support not only your husband and yourself, but anyone living there with you. The good news is that their income can be counted, too.
I think there are some sample forms in the "guides" section here on VJ. You may want to ask this question in the AOS forum.
Good luck!
