why would you get married if you have a k-1 already in the works? that makes you ineligible to get a k-1 as you would be married. plus you'd have to cancel that petition and start over again with a k-3.

lool, no am in USA already sorry, am sorry i didnt mention that
am here in USA already, and i want to know, do i have to get married before the 90 days is over, or i have to get marrried and apply before the 90 days is over!

Edited because I didn't read well enough.

If you're here on a K-1 visa, as far as I know you have to get married before 3 months are up or you have to leave. I'm sure someone else could answer better.

k-1 visa you have 90 days to get married counting the day you arrive, otherwise you are out of status.

Some people have not married within 90 days (or failed to file within 90 days) after entering on the K-1, but marrried later and successfully adjusted. Still, not advisable, though, as if you do not marry within the 90 days you will be out of status.

my whole point, do i have to get married only in 90 days, or do i have to get married and apply for adjust in the 90 days!
MrsAmera
You have to get married in the 90 days. You can file after 90 days have passed but file as soon as possible for AOS
