From what I understand, (and I don't know a lot 
The case will be forwarded to NVC. You will received some sort of bill (I-864, if I'm not mistaken) then you will have to pay the amount stated. I'm sure instructions will come along with this, I'm going through this process myself so I'm a bit curious how it all goes. I hope somebody chimes in with more knowledge about this
