When an I-130 for a child of US Citizen is approved, do we have to then apply for the I-824? The child is in England, (age 10). Will she have to wait for an interview in London, do the medical etc like a spouse would? I thought visa numbers were automatically available for the children, however I just read a post where a lady said she is now waiting for the visa in London.
