are u taking about from nvc ?

yes to nvc then to vancouver

You can call the NVC, it is a 24 hour a day automated system, and operators available sometimes. I believe for K3 visas you must actually talk to an operator - the number is On (603) 334-0700. I think the operators are there from 7am to midnight EST - so it's not too hard to a get a hold of them.
