ok so my fiance has his interview next Friday and if approved will be here in the states a week later....So where do we get the form to adjust status? And what is the fbi check for? What do they look for? How long does it take? I see that many of you have made it to this point so I am looking at what we do next....In preparation......

You get the AOS forms from the USCIS website: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis (go to "immigration forms")
