Can you get a medical at any time or do you get sent forms that you have to take in with you?

You need to fill out and take the medical questionnaire that you received with packet 3 so you can have the medical at the appointed doctors any time after packet 3 arrives. And don't forget to take your passport. I had my medical last Friday and forgot to take mine. However they let me take the medical and then fax them a copy of my passport.

With The Consulate here, you have to do your own appointment for Medical but Not Sure how it works with the Consulate at your place! I Guess, Once The Consulate got Your Case You Can Do appointment for Your Medical. Goodluck

Once you get the letter and medical questionairre you can go and get your medical done. Also, in the packet is a list of approved doctors and you must use one of them from the list for your medical to be valid. Good luck.

Hmm, the medical questionnaire either must be a new thing or consulate specific. I didn't take or fill out any paperwork beforehand. I had my immunization documents with me and a copy of my NOA2 with me and that was it. I'd check with the good folks in New Zealand.
