hello all vj members..... i am a k3 applicant.. and i have a sample of NON IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION FORM.. there is one quesition that i need to know QUESTION 9. OTHER FIRST AND MIDDLE NAMES USED?........................... do i have to write none or put my previous name coz i was married before and got annulled? Please kindly enlighten me...

Boo Wilson,

If you've used different first or middle names, different from what you are presently using, for whatever reason, list them.
