I submitted I-130 for my stepson almost two month later than my first I-130 (please see my timeline). Will VSC go by my second I130's receipt date which is 11/24/06?

Can I ask why the noa2 on your step son came in so fast. My mom petitioned me and i recieved my noa1 in August and now I still haven't gotten my noa2. thanks

The receipt dates for your I-130's have no meaning at this stage of the process. They are being held until you adjust status. The K3 interview was six weeks ago. I don't understand the reason for the question.
