Hi Folks,

I filed I-130 for my two brothers back on Sep 2006. There were few touches on and off. I just got emails saying that they need addition evidence. I haven't got the mail yet but I was wondering what they might need as I already submitted the following documents:
-Ofcourse $190 application fee
-Form I-130
-A copy of Naturalization certificate
-A copy of my birth certificate (same parents as brother)
-A copy of my brother's birth certificate
-A copy of my parent's marriage certificate
-A copy of Relationship certificate.

My brothers are married and have childrens as well. I'd guess that they need my brother's marriage certificate and birth certificate of each cheldrens.

I'd you do a search, there is a thread where people have posted the reasons for RFE's. The list is long as it can be for so many things.

Did your brothers' birth certificate show your mother's name on it?
Not sure what else they may be needing, other than the information for their family members.
