Hi Everyone,

I have a quick question. I'm in the process of getting my packet together and I think I have everything but proof of an ongoing relationship. Should I include pics, passport stamps, boarding passes, letters, cards, etc w/my petition or make a copy to include w/the interview info??? Please help.

You don't need it for filing the petitions (you do need a copy of your marriage certificate for both the I-130 and I-129F) but your spouse will want to have those things at the interview at the consulate.

I concur, that is not needed at this point. Good luck with it & double check everything smile.gif It's stressful, but a little exciting to at least get the forms mailed off. Then the fun wait begins.
