i know only us citizens can file for there parents but i wanted to know if when i file for my mother will she be able to bring my brother an sister with her ( like k1/2 or k2/3) or wil i have to file seperate petitons for them reason i ask is becuz it takes a much longer time to file for a brother or sister.

if it matter my bro an sis are under 18 an unmaried ( if it matters)

Two ways to do it.

You file for mother, brother and sister separately

Mother IR visa, Siblings (F4) visas, F4 takes a very long time.

Other option

Petition for mother only, and when she arrives in the states, she petitions for her children. (F2) visa, is about 2 years out for F2 (The timing would be close for siblings age under 21)

There is no follow on benefit in this case that I know of.

No mater what way you do this your mother will have to leave your brother and sister until they are approved for a visa or she has filed for them herself... you are still looking at a few years....

Your looking at atleast 7 to 8 yrs or longer
