it's printable .... you could just fill-up the form by your penmanship.. since you gonna sign it at the end. Just make sure your penmanship is readable in PRINT & BOLD letters .. so they won't have any mistake for issuing your SS card.

goodluck!

When I filled it for my wife (K1) I marked - Legal alien Allowed to Work; And for the mother's SSN leave it blank (my wife is Colombian and obviously her parents do not have SSNs and I left them blank). Good Luck

If your wife has her EAD card or Greencard issued already, you should marked "Legal Alien Allowed to Work" means your allowed to work bcoz you got EAD card, EAD stamp from JFK POE or your a permanent resident already bcoz she's a greencard holder already.

If you're just newly wed and your wife need a SSN inher married name "but" she doesn't ahve EAD card or greencard yet ... you have to marked " Legal Alien Not Allowed to Work".

about parent's info's just put their respective names and leave SSN info blank.

Goodluck!
