My wife's case was completed today. But before even we finished celebrating the good news, I learned that NVC has sent an RFE today on I-864 for my daughter. I was told that I need to fill out I-864W and NOT I-864 as she is less than 18 years old. I-864W is apparently an AOS exemption!
I am sending it by overnight and NVC will receive it on Monday. Can you please let me know how long it will take to process the RFE and COMPLETE the case. My wife's case is completed and waiting.

Once you sumbit the documents it can range from 2 - 4 weeks to review the paperwork for accuracy and then forward it. Good luck.
