woo hoo thank god it is friday I am ready to go christmas shopping!!!

Good morning everyone! I peeked out my front door at about 6:00 to see what the weather did overnight and couldn't see my car! It's stuck in the middle of a huge snow drift. I have the day off and did have a lot of things I was going to do today, but now I think I'll just snuggle up with my hubby again!

g'morning all... it's COLD here! dropped abt 30 degrees last nite from yesterday's high. Anyhoo, I have a busy day today (hamdoulillah) and am working a little late ..................... tomorrow I get directTV connected! lalalalala..... it's 32 degrees right now........ brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.........

Oh yeah, we are talking weather again today (just for you Jenn). We are a balmy 26 degrees this morning, I hope I can find my sunscreen.

I just hope the day goes fast today. I seriously am tired of my job.....no challenge, not enough to do. I want my old job back.

I am reminded of a song I sang in my junior high musical about a small town of gossipy old women. I can't believe I still remember the words!

"Isn't the weather nice today and wasn't it wonderful yesterday? But even still, a sudden chill! What if the wind begins to blow or couldn't it possibly turn to snow or heavy rain, perhaps a hurricane?

We talk about the weather everyday because we find there's nothing else to say except "hello" and "how are you?" and "how do you do?" and "have you heard about Betty Lou?"..."

Ok, that's all I remember.

Good morning everyone! I am in a rather good mood this morning. Had to drag myself out of my nice warm bed this morning. I hit the snooze button 7 times... Mimo kept attacking my feet this morning. Adil taught him that and now that all the mice are gone, he attacks our feet. My dentist appointment went well yesterday. My smile is getting more pretty. Our case was touched this morning! Yay! Hopefully they wont send us any RFEs.

I went over to my friends house last night to offer some support. She is the one I told you all that was pregnant. Well see found out that the fetus was either growing in the tube or in the ovary, but they couldn't find it. She was in the begining of an "abnormal" pregnancy and it could either mean her life, the baby's life, or both their lives if she went on with the pregnancy. So she had to end it. Her and her husband are doing ok. They're sad of course, but now they know for sure that in a few months, they will start trying again.

So I put a bunch of moroccan music on my iPod last night. I am listening to it now before work. Cheb Khaled is jamming in my head phones. Speaking of music, has anyone heard of Sami Youseff? We got this CD from the Islamic store, and I love his song "Free." Anyway, we are about to open. I gotta get a few last things done. Hope you are all well. Have a good day!

Thanks for being a man charles and taking that weather away from ME!! It is a nice 40 degrees here, which is great after 9 degrees. Snow is melted and life is back to normal, well almost. Have a good Friday everyone.

It took Mohammed 2 hours to get home from work last night with the snow storm. I was crazy with worry.

um as you have a limited amount of attachments, it's best to convert them to a jpg before putting them on the board. a bmp is considerably larger than a converted jpg

i'm trying to figger out how to do that!

open it with mspaint, save as - select jpg, keep the same file name.

I have been shoveling for hours! This snow is heavy and wet. My back hurts so bad. I'm gonna wander out and buy some Advil or Mortrin.

Where Andrea lives, there is 14 inches of snow, and where Amal is, there is alot of power outages. Hope you all are safe and warm.

sitting at my desk, eating KFC for lunch, havent had this in a while. My boss has been gone for a week and will be gone all of next week. So i haven't been doing sh** all week except for when my students come in for class. Other than that I am on the internet looking for another job, HA! I just started here in august, and Im bored already.

Looking out the window at all the sleet...... IT HAS BEGUN!!!!!!!!!!!

So my mother finally recieved her mail. It was only 2 days late! I'm getting a refund though. My mother said she stood there talking to the mailman for ten minutes trying to get to the bottom of it. Anyway, the mailman said that I'm going to be getting a refund.

Well the rain has started here in Philly. It's still warm outside though.

I wish my Mom didn't throw away my trolls, I had so many growing up. I could have sold them to you jackie!

They brought out the ice cream at work. I had 2 scoops and now I am sick....blah!

The only thing making me sick right now is sweating out a possible new assignment that will make me travel to Ohio! But I didn't get any updates from my manager regarding the assignment . . . . cause I know if they made the decision, I'd be getting my butt on a plane come monday morning. Maybe it will be Tuesday . . . and I am hoping that they only make me go up there one week and the rest is remote.

I have a lot to do and I'd rather be working from "home" instead of wasting my time in hotel rooms far away . . . unless it was Egypt that is, hehe.

Those are some great pictures. I have always wanted to go to Egypt but my husband says it isn't safe there right now. blah!

I actually took my laptop with me once to Morocco. I logged in everyday and worked from there because the person filling in for me was new and I was afraid she would be overwhelmed, which she was. I could do 99% of my work remotely, but my company is really funky about that. The only thing I can't do is file.

I hope they don't send you to Ohio. Traveling for work isn't as much fun as one might think.

What I have heard and is probably wrong is that there have been bombings against American tourists but I am not sure.

Oh ok. I've heard about those too. I think the last ones were in March of this year or something. I guess I just figure I'm in more jeapordy where I work since there's shootings all the time around my office.
