Craig then tried to call Vancouver to see if our case had arrived. They told him yes that it was there, but they couldn't verify any information (they had spelled his name wrong on the transfer email).
So I emailed Vancouver today to make sure the name was right, and they emailed me back saying they couldn't send out Packet 3 because they never received an updated address!!!! Silly! It was sent to you when you got the case!
I can't even imagine how long it would have taken before they would have realized they didn't have a Packet 3 address! So, if you are gonna get transferred, make SURE they have the address.
