Thank you, I pray that you will hear some good news soon too.
I don't know that we will ever know what it was that turned around the decision but this is what we did. I was in Casa with my husband, within minutes I tried to go to the embassy to talk to someone but they would not see me. Within the 1st hour of the interview, I had emailed my senators office and they sent inquiries, I emailed Casa, and Mr McKeever to ask them to give us another chance to "prove" our relationship. Within 12 to 24 hours some of our family and friends emailed and faxed letters of support for us to the embassy. Every day that I was in Casa I called the embassy to try to get to talk to someone, but no one would. I did get the chance to leave a message for Mr McKeever. Four days after our initial interview date my husband received a call to reshedule him for another interview on Nov 17th, this time we were approved. I think that we were so sucessful in turning it around because we reacted quickly, but we will never know the real reason why.
I hope that this might help someone.

Congratulations! I am so glad that you didn't need to join our club. I have been so curious though about how you turned around their decision. If you ever feel like telling I would love to know. Obviously its to late to help us, but others down the line.
