Jon and I need help in filling out this particular form, we have done most but we are stuck on a couple of questions, mainly because we are not quite understanding the questions.

Ok first one

1) Does Jon tick the space for child, when filing for petition.... it say's I am filing this petition for ( does not say step child)

2) Question 15 asked for an Employer is that Jon's or Alarna's ( Alarna goes to college)

Section D

3) Have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other alien? yes or no??

If yes do we put the K1 when it was filed and weather it was approved or not??

1) Yes have him check off child as the beneficiary.
2) For Q# 15 put student.
3) Yes make sure you don't leave that blank. Give name, place, date of filing, and the result.
