i have 2 years green card class CR-6 and i will remove my condition in 1year and 9 month to have 10 years green card,my question is when i can apply for the Citezenship? 1 year after getting 10 years GC or 3 years? thanks for your help:)

It depends, If you are married to a us citizen, then 3 years after the issuance date on your conditional green card, if not married to a us citizen then it is 5 years from the issuance of your conditional green card.
