I am on a LPR status and immigrated by a visa petition filed by my LPR husband.When I was in my country we have a child of 2 years but we decided to leave him with my husband;s parents.Now we want him to come.What steps we have to follow and Please let me know that whether he could get follow to join benefit.Please if any one has relevant case then do reply me.
