OKay, the UK doesn't have alot of pre-pressed clothes. The USA does. I iron my clothes and am thought of as a freak by my fiance

.
What do you all do?
My USA fiance thought I was crazy to want to iron my clothes but he went out and bought me a steam iron.
The first thing I had to use it on was
his shirt.

QUOTE(Angilla @ Nov 27 2006, 09:23 PM)

I've never used an iron in my 21 years of life.

If it gets wrinkley I throw it in the dryer for a while and then hang it up.

Lucky you, most of my clothes say "do not tumble dry"

I love ironing, but prefer spending the time doing other things (such as going online...!). I only iron when there's a special occasion coming up.

I wear a dress shirt and tie to work. So the shirts need to be ironed. I used to take them to the cleaners, but I've become too cheap. Now, if I could just get my sweetie to iron them!

I iron only what's extremely necessary, usually tops that I use during the summer, some pants, but that's it. I used to iron almost everything when I was younger, but not anymore.

I'm another British ironer!! Although I don't enjoy it, I don't like looking wrinkled either.
I iron all my work shirts, trousers and skirts, but that's about it. I gave up ironing my husbands shirts after I realised that he just didn't care whether I did or not.

I don't iron my clothes but I sometimes iron my husbands dress shirts or pants...
he would like me to iron most of his clothes but I told him before we got married that I don't do ironing

That's just what my daughter tells her hubby, I think I am going to find it hard to NOT iron, not that I love ironing but I cannot imagine washing a work shirt and not ironing it. Mind you it must be pretty wonderful to not have to iron, another job less to do

I iron my jeans (not with a front crease may I add

) and Larry thinks it is the most ridiculous thing in the world.
I hate them looking crumpled. Just looks scruffy IMO.

I iron most of my clothes, but not my under clothes. But so thankful for products like Downy wrinkler remover

and the wrinkle setting on my dryer

makes life alot easier!!!
I hate ironing my husband's shirt the most, as they are the most wrinkled and I have to get all in the creases...

I only iron things that get real wrinkly if I don't, like work shirts and such. Other than that, I just hang my clothes up in the closet or fold the underclothes up in a drawer.

I don't like to iron at all, so I rarely do. Only if it's a dress shirt for my husband, or something very wrinkled. I don't understand why water always leaks or why I always end up with weird streak marks on whatever I'm ironing, so I don't like to do it if I don't have to.

I don;t believe in ironing.
I just stretch wet clothes a bit and hang them up. Husband has always taken dress shirts to the laundry service in town. I don't see any good reason to change this tradition.

I don't iron. I HATE IT. I told my SO and he said he doesn't mind ironing his own stuff (which I appreciate, although I would iron his stuff because I love him). Most things don't need irnoning if you put them right from the washer into the dryer, pull them out while they are still damp, and let them hang dry. If that's not enough and it's still lightly wrinkled, I go with the wrinkled look.

I iron nearly everything. I ironed my jeans and t-shirt this morning. Now if I get my clothes out of the dryer immediately I don't have to iron as much. I'm not obsessive but I don't want to look like a slob either.
