HMMMMMMMMM... I WOULD GUESS THAT THERE WAS A CHANGE TO YOUR FIRST ONE. WAS THERE ANY TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS ON THE FIRST ONE??? THAT IS WHAT I WOULD GUESS.
It might mean they mailed you "transfer notice. After I received email of transfer notice, I also received 2 notice by mail, one dated on 11/13 and another dated 11/14.
