I can log into my account but after I click either I129 or I130 it tells me "Case Status Retrieval Failed"

I can log in and see my case status but only direktly using
https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/login.jspI cannot go to usics.gov, I am not sure is it something because of my computer, but it seems that there is something wrong with their page

Did anyone have this experience? I can see My Portfolio but not be able to get into details of any case.
(Is this becuase I logged into too many times?

Don't worry. It's just a technical glitch at the site; the same thing happened a couple days ago. Give it a couple of hours and try logging in again.

I found out what happened. They were touching my cases(or at least one of them). After I got home, I was able to get in the case status detail and found my I130's status changed to "Received and Pending" from "no status". But the update dates remain unchanged.
