Ok, so I officially joined yesterday but I have been looking at this website for a couple weeks. Everyone is soooo nice and quick to help...I love it! It is really great to be surrounded by people in the same boat. I think that we are all awful lucky
)My fiance James is from London, England and we are working on getting him over here! We decided to take the K1 visa route and are working on the gathering the paperwork and documents right now. I am so nervous already and I haven't even filed the petition yet. To clarify nervous: I don't want to screw up the petition forms. I get paranoid! I'm afraid I will put an N/A when I should have put NONE...I've heard that there is a difference! Any information/testimonials/opinions about this is welcomed! I do believe that we have an easier case being that he is from England, we are both single/never married, no kids, and no police records. I hope everything goes ok...
