They have posted new processing time at USIS. This time California moves backwards with K-1 visas (from May 2 to April 18 !!!). They have not posted K-3 visa in California nor in Vermont!!!

Check the National Center for the K-3's. I'm assuming that shows what they think they are processing as far as when you are allowed to complain about being outside of processing time.
Anyway, the times don't show anything meaningful. The timelines on this site are much more relevant.

Thanks! I touhgt we shoul be in VSC or CSC, depending on transfer. I gues I have got it all wrong. I was really woried about this
They will probably eventually change it, like they did for the I130s that were tranferred, but I wouldn't worry about it too much
