Good Luck. What is your Embassy/Consulate name? Take the originals and photocopies of marriage certificates, relevant marriage documents, Birth Certificate of the applicant, Police Certificate of the applicant, Divorce Certificate of the petitioner and Applicant (if applicable), Death Certificate of the previous spouse of petitioner and beneficiary (if applicable), etc. They will see both original and photocopy, then return the originals while they will keep the photocopies. Plus take the medical, DS 230 part I and II, 2-passport size photos of the applicant, etc. Take lots of your wedding pictures, your pictures together, both of your pictures with family members, proof of your ongoing communication (email and phone communication, etc). The applicant will be asked lot of questions about the relationship (how did you first meet, what happened, how the marriage took place, etc, plus the CO can ask any questions), about the petitioner. The applicant must be truthful answering all questions.
