Can anyone inform me of any appeals process that is in place in case of any denial? What are the requirements or is the decision always final?

No, we actually havent started the process... I was just wondering out of curiousity

There is denial, is when the petition gets sent back to the U.S. in that case an appeal needs to be filed.

Then there are cases where they don't deny they refuse and request more evidence at the embassy, they will give you a blue slip, with what is requested and it is up to you to overcome the refusal.
