While looking at the I-130 I noticed that you put the child down, question....Does Jon fill in a separate form for Alarna (child) or do we put her on my form with me???

Hi Janice,
If you are intending to bring the child you must submit a separate I-130 for the child (CR-2). If you choose to go the route of the k-3/k-4 then the child is listed on your petition and comes as a derivitive; however in that case you will still need to eventually submit an I-130 on the child so its probably best to do it now.
