CAN A PHOTOCOPY OF THE I134 ( WITH NOTARIZATION) BE ACCEPTABLE AT THE EMBASSY??? OR ARE THE ORGINALS ONLY ALLOWED???

Original I-134 only, the notary stamp needs to be on the form. A photo copy can be altered, the supporting financial documents can be copies, get tax transcripts, they are free from the IRS.
When it comes to all USCIS and DOS forms sent to USCIS, and to the consulate, they need to be original signed copies.
