I was looking at the I130 form and it says the form expires on 1/31/07. Does anyone with experience know if the new form will come out soon or do they keep using the old form for a while and make the new one later? I was hoping to print it out and take it on my trip in late Dec/early Jan insha Allah to have us both fill it out but now I'm like why bother if it will expire by the time I send it in.

Anyone have any advice?

The USCIS will continue accepting the forms that they post on their website, they will always provide the most up to date forms on their site.

The expiration date on forms are when the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) sets for USCIS to suggest changes to that form, after that date the period of time that USCIS has to set changes expires, not the form.
